Shipping (Filling of consignment note)

Following information has to be filled in the consignment note

• Sender ( with Tel no)
• Receiver (with Tel no)
• Origin - Destiantion
• Docs/Sample/Non-Dox
• Mode Air/Surface/Cargo
• Contents
• Signature of Sender
• Declaration and invoice to be provided in case of Non Docs
• All Covers and sample would be accepted in open condtions only

Volumetric Weight

All Shipment would be chared as per the weight. In case where the actual area occures is more than the weight, volumetric weight would be charged.
The same is calculated.

Packaging

The Customer would ensure packaging of the material itself. Packaging should weight period. If packaging found inadequate for shipping we may not connect the shipment proper packaging. Any fragile material would be send on Customer's risk only we safety in transit but sole risk in transit to be borne by the shipper.
